How much are your notary services?

The maximum a notary can charge in Washington State is $15.00 per notarial act. Package pricing is available for mortgage documents and estate planning. Travel and other fees may apply. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

We provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas:

Marysville, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Monroe, Granite Falls, Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Arlington, Mt. Vernon

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have a valid, non-expired picture ID.

What are your travel fees?

We offer a flat rate of $40.00 within a certain area. Outside of that area is billed at the standard IRS rate of .70 per mile.

How soon can I book a signing?

Same day appointments are often available, 7-days per week. After hours appointments are also available for a fee.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

We can provide a witness if needed, we just ask for a 24-hour notice.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary (RON) services in any state?

Yes, as a notary public with RON capabilities, we can notarize documents for any state.
